I started rowing about 2 years ago in the winter of 8th grade. Since then I have fallen in love with the people, community, and the highly-addictive sport.
Capital Juniors is committed to providing equal opportunities to every single rower regardless of their background. Our mission is to make rowing an accessible sport to every child in the DC area. This fundraiser is our annual Ergathon, an event where the team will row 200,000 meters in order to fund the mission.
Any tax-deductible donation given to the team will be appreciated and valued no matter how small. Donations will go towards transportation, scholarships, boat maintenance, and so much more. Go Capital!
$10 - Training Equipment
$25 - Regatta entrance fee for a 2x or 2+ boat
$50 - Rance uniform and training gear
$100 - Regatta entrance fee for an 8+ lineup
$200 - Scholarship for winter training
$350 - Scholarship for fall training
