It has now been a little more than a year since I started rowing, and everyday I can’t wait to keep on getting better and building friendships with my crew. One of the many things that I look forward to each week is seeing everyone at practice. Whenever I miss a practice or it gets cancelled, my week always feels weird and empty. I first got into rowing because of my mom, started rowing during the spring of 2017 with the Capital Adaptive Rowing Program, and her strength inspired me to take on rowing. During the fall season I was able to row with my mom together in a double scull. Maybe Capital can help us build up to a regatta together. One thing that makes CRC stand out is thatit’s a Club team with many different towers from many different schools. Let's make rowing safe, affordable, and accessible to all DC-area students. for Capital Rowing Club, Inc.
