Although I have only been at Capital a little over a year, it has become a huge part of my life. Not only has being a part of this team has helped me learn to challenge myself mentally and physically, it has helped me meet so many amazing people that I am grateful to call friends. Being a part of Capital means being a part of a supportive, hardworking environment, where you can count on your teammates to push each other to their limits.

Even with all its pain, I have loved every moment i've been with Capital Juniors. I would love to see others have this opportunity as well.
