I have been rowing since the eighth grade and it has mad a tremendous impact not only on my people and communication skills but my work ethic as well. Crew is a sport that takes an “i can do it” mindset which is something that i can see developing throughout our juniors program, this season i have watched my teamates push themselves and eachother to new heights as we continue to mature as athletes. I am proud to be a capital juniors rower and to be able to be apart of all the amazing things out program offers.
