Donate to Capital Juniors!!

Capital Juniors has been a huge part of my life throughout all of high school, so much so that I can't even imagine what these past four years would have been like if I hadn't been part of the team. Some of my best friends and favorite memories have been made at crew practice, and I probably spend nearly as much time at the boat house as I do my real house, or at least it feels that way. Crew (and Capital Juniors) makes me feel so self confident, capable, and generally good about myself. I've never felt stronger or more hard-core than when I carried a sculling boat above my head all by myself (it's the little things in life, right?). Rowing with Capital has given me so much over the years, and now is my time to give back. Because of Capital Juniors, I have had the ability to volunteer with the Adaptive Program and meeting so many kind and strong athletes there; the opportunity to become friends and teammates with other high schoolers that are freaking awesome (!!); and the means to become the strongest, happiest, and most comfortable-in-my-own-skin me there is. Capital is very dear to me and holds a special place in my heart, and it would mean so much to me if you could donate to the team and help us continue to get out on the water and spread the joy of rowing!
