Provide rowers with better gear

Hello, my name is Addison Konrad and this is my 4th year rowing for Capital Juniors. Ever since in 8th grade when I first joined the team, I have loved every day of going to practice, no matter the weather, or the workout. However, if there is one thing I wish the rowing team had, it would be better gear. As we have had our boats for a long time, some of our gear does not always work at its best, or sometimes at all. This does take a way form the practice a little bit, and also has the potential to keep rowers off the water. Please help us keep Jrs rowers on the water as much as possible so we can continue to grow into exceptional athletes. Thank you for your support and consideration in donating to our program.
