Hi I'm Jefferson Thomas, I've only been rowing since fall, yet I have so much to say about it. Sports alone are a constant for teens, providing them something to look forward to every day, something to feel good about. Rowing has given me continuity in my life, even after a bad day I know I can go work it out at crew. It's not just a sport, but a outlet to extort emotions through hard work. Capital's tenacious and uplifting coaches push the team to be their best self, training to have a better mind and body.
